FUSIPIM SDN BHD is a manufacturing company located at Sungai Besar along the Western Coastline of Selangor, which manufactures ready-to-cook frozen seafood.
The company started as a mom-and-pop business in 1988. It started off with a few family members together with some helpers by providing delicious products samples to friends and small sundry shops in the neighborhood. It wasn’t long before people found out their endearing products with their unique taste and textures. The products became an instant success and delight both young and old alike. As words spread, their orders began to increase each day, which motivated the family to consider investing into the business.
In 1993, the family committed themselves full-time to the business, with the purchase of three acres industrial land (current). With the introduction of the state-of-the-art machineries in the manufacturing process and increased in headcounts, the family could now produce a wider range of products with a greater variety of tastes.
As their ability to supply increased, so too were the demands for their products; beginning with the neighboring states and later expanded to the country’s northernmost region. The ever increasing demands not only helped fuel and fund their business and strategic expansion, but also marked the turning point of their business from a mere original equipment manufacturer (OEM) to a reputable manufacturer of its own brands.
It is also due to this encouraging interest and demand for their products by both local and overseas distributors that the FU FROZEN ENTERPRISE SDN BHD was formed. The key objective, among others, is to ensure the marketing and expansion of the FUSIPIM brand as well as the managing of distributor portfolios and a network of retail clients. In 2014, due to high demand of export market, they have bought another 3 acres of industrial plot to extend the production lines.
