    By following the instructions below, you can initiate your free membership at eHalal.com.

    Step 1: Click on the “Register” button on the upper right corner of the page.

    Step 2: On the registration page, simply enter a valid email address, then click on the ‘Submit’ button.

    Step 3: Once you have successfully submitted your email, a verification email will be sent to you, just simply click on the link in the verification email to continue the registration process.

    Step 4: Continue filling in all the required fields, then click on the ‘Submit’ button.

    Step 5: You will see 'Congratulations! Your account has been registered successfully.' shown on the page once you have successfully submitted your information.

    Step 6: Now you’re all done with the registration, you can try logging into your account with the registered email and password.

  • Why do I get the error message “This Email Address already exists” when I enter my e-mail address?

    This means someone has already registered that particular e-mail address with eHalal.com. Please use another e-mail address to set up your account.

  • What should I do if I have not received any email from eHalal.com register activation mail?

    Please check your email Spam folder or Junk folder. If you cannot find verification email from eHalal.com, please kindly contact eHalal.com Customer Support at info@ehalal.com for further assistance.

    Step 2: On the Login page, enter your email and password, then click “Login”.

    1. To log in your account successfully, please ensure the registered email address and password are correct.

    2. Your passwords are case sensitive. Please check if your keyboard’s Caps Lock light is on and also make sure there are no extra blank spaces in the password.

    3. If your registered email address and password are correct and you are still unable to log in, please clear your browser’s cache and cookies.     Step 5: Click ‘Reset my password’.

    Step 6: After clicking “Reset my password”, you will be taken to the page as below. Enter your new password, then click on the ‘Submit’ button.

    Step 7: Your password is reset successfully. You can now log in with your new password.
